LACTOSAN Range of Cheese Powders with or without emulsifying salt
Our range of Cheese Powders are based entirely on combination of natural cheeses and melting salts. Varities available include both traditional cheeses such as Cheddar, Emmental, Gouda, Danbo, Camembert, Blue Cheese as well as speciality cheeses such as Mascarpone, Gorgonzola, Roquefort and Extra Hard Cheese (Italian style) - to name a few.
Furthermore, the range includes, vegetarian / halal approved products as well as organic varieties. Moreover, uncoloured and naturally coloured products are available.
We have also introduced a line of Clean Label Cheese Powders without emulsifying salts. The products have been developed in close co-operation with KU Food (The University of Copenhagen) in order to meet the growing demand for Clean Label Foods with no additives (E-numbers).
