The newly developed Lactosan 4-Cheeses Powder is produced from four of the world’s most known and sought-after cheeses: Mozzarella, Cheddar, Blue Cheese and Extra Hard Cheese (Italian style).

The combination of the four types of cheese results in a harmonious and rich tasting Cheese Powder in which the individual cheeses complement each other while contributing with their specific characteristics.

As all cheeses used in our 4-Cheeses Powder are produced with microbial rennet, our new Cheese Powder is thus Halal/vegetarian.
